We collect personal information you provide directly (e.g. when you contact us, request a demo, or sign up to an opzo.ai application), and limited operational metadata required to deliver the service securely.

How we use it

To provide and improve the opzo.ai platform and applications, respond to your enquiries, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored

In Australian Azure regions only. We do not transfer customer personal information to international jurisdictions for storage or processing.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting pitchumani.sankaran@opzo.ai.

Notifiable Data Breaches

We follow the NDB scheme. If we determine an eligible data breach has occurred, we will notify the OAIC and impacted individuals as required.
